Authenticate V2 was launched in September of last year, offering a refreshed interactive interface and several new features to enhance your experience with plagiarism detection and content management.

Pre-Print Exclusion Filter: The new version includes a pre-print exclusion filter that clearly labels preprints in the similarity report, allowing you to either include or exclude them from the analysis. This filter can be applied globally or at the report level.

Red Flag for Hidden Text and Suspicious Characters: Authenticate V2 now features a red flag that warns you about hidden text and suspicious character placements. It alerts you to hidden letters or words placed behind images or in white fonts to evade detection. It also identifies instances where Latin characters have been replaced by Greek or Cyrillic characters.

Custom Section Exclusions: With V2, you can Create custom section exclusions to exclude standard sections like acknowledgments, funding statements, and ethics statements from the similarity report. Templates are available, or you can create your own.
