The New Free Tool for Generating NFT Collections

Hey, how's it going guys? My name is Daniel, aka Hashlips, and welcome to my Channel. Today is a very special episode because I'm going to be releasing a free tool that will allow You to generate your own NFT collections with just a few clicks. This tool is designed to simplify the process of creating NFT artworks and does not require any coding knowledge.

Introduction

In this episode, I will walk you through the steps of using my new free tool to generate your own NFT collections. Please keep in mind that this tool is currently in its alpha stage and I only had a few hours to code it. Nevertheless, it is still useful, helpful, and can produce amazing results without the need to touch a single line of code.

The New Free Tool

The new tool is an alpha version of the Hashlips Art Engine, a popular repository that has been helping thousands of people Create generative art. However, unlike the original repository, this tool is designed for those who prefer a visual interface and do not want to use the terminal or require additional functionality.

Participating in the Hackathon

In addition to releasing the free tool, I also want to invite you to participate in a hackathon that will be happening later this year in 2022. The hackathon is a great opportunity for you to contribute to open-source code and potentially win some exciting prizes. More information about the hackathon will be provided soon, so stay tuned.

Becoming Part of the Artist List

As an artist myself, I understand the challenges of entering the NFT space. That's why I have created an artist list to support and collaborate with artists in the NFT community. If you are an artist or know someone who wants to venture into the NFT space and could benefit from collaboration, please fill out the form in the description below. I am eager to see what the community has to offer and look forward to collaborating with many talented artists.

Installing the Tool

To get started with the tool, you will need to download the executable binary for your operating system. The tool is available for Mac and Windows, including support for the new M1 chip on Macs. Simply go to the releases section in the repository and download the appropriate file for your system.

Using the Tool

Once you have downloaded and installed the tool, you can open it to access the visual interface of the Hashlips Art Engine. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing you to easily create your custom NFT collections.

Configuring the Tool

Before you start building your collection, you need to configure the tool according to your preferences. You can specify the number of NFTs to generate, the name, symbol, and description of your collection. Additionally, you can adjust the Height and width of the generated images to suit your needs.

Setting the Path

To begin creating your collection, you need to set the input and output paths. The input path should point to the layers folder, which contains the different attributes for your NFT collection. The output path is where the generated images and metadata will be saved. Once the paths are set correctly, you can proceed to the next step.

Creating the Collection

With the paths configured, you can now start building your NFT collection. By dragging and dropping the different attribute folders, you can create the desired layer order. The tool provides a visual representation of the layer order, allowing you to easily rearrange and replace layers as needed.

Uploading to IPFS and Updating Metadata

Once the collection is built, it's time to upload the images to IPFS and update the metadata. After uploading the files to IPFS, you can replace the CID in the JSON files with the IPFS link. Then, simply click on the update metadata button to ensure that your NFT collection is properly updated with the new information.

The Hackathon in 2022

As Mentioned earlier, there will be a hackathon happening in 2022. If you are interested in participating or want to learn more about the event, please fill out the form provided in the description. The hackathon is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, contribute to the open-source community, and potentially win exciting prizes.

The Artist List

Finally, I want to emphasize the importance of the artist list. If you are an artist or know someone who could benefit from collaboration and support in the NFT space, please fill out the form in the description. This initiative aims to give back to the community and help artists thrive in the NFT market. Your talent and creativity are greatly valued, and I look forward to collaborating with many talented artists in the future.

I hope you are as excited as I am about this new tool and the opportunities it presents. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to leave a comment. Subscribe to my channel to stay updated on future releases and have an amazing day!
