Vacuuming Performance

1. Testing on Carpet

   We conducted extensive testing on both carpet and vinyl flooring to evaluate the Deebot Neo's vacuuming performance. On carpet, we observed that the Deebot Neo offered four different vacuuming modes: Quiet, Standard, Max, and Max Plus. In our tests, we found that the Standard mode required multiple runs to effectively pick up sugar and cornflakes. The Max mode performed better, with fewer leftovers. However, we noticed that pet hair tended to scatter outside the test area. The Max Plus mode performed similarly to the Max mode but completed the cleaning at a faster rate. We also noticed some challenges with pet hair on vinyl flooring, where the air vents pushed the hair away from the vacuum. The vacuuming performance was affected by the powerful air vents, which pushed the cornflakes around more on vinyl flooring. It's worth noting that the Deebot Neo performed better on sugar than on cornflakes when using stronger settings. During the testing process, we also discovered that bits of food could get trapped underneath the vacuum surrounds and docking station, requiring occasional cleaning.
