Tutorial: Drawing Stitch

Hey guys, it's Percy here! I know I've been a bit absent lately, but the 60th anniversary of Disneyland kept me really busy. I apologize for my disappearance. Today, I wanted to do a cute tutorial on drawing Stitch. I've drawn him before, but I wanted to give it another try because I've improved since the last time. There's this adorable image of Stitch sitting like a puppy, and I just had to draw it. So, let's get started!

Starting with the circle

To begin, let's Create a circle for Stitch's body. Make it slightly Shaped like an egg. This will serve as the foundation for the rest of the drawing.

Shaping the face

Next, we'll focus on the face. Start by extending a circle downwards from the body, curving it back up to attach to the initial circle. This forms the body Shape. Now it's time to place the face. Begin by drawing a segment down from the tip of the nose. Then, curve it outward and bring it down to create the chin. Join it back to the body, forming Stitch's head shape. We're almost done! Connect all the shapes to form Stitch's back and give him a cute little tail. Add a dark blue stripe on his back and a patch of dark blue fur on one leg. Lastly, clean up the guidelines and give some depth to the drawing by shading in certain areas.
