Next, Cindy will ask you to select the department for which you need access to the shared folder. Choose the department from the options presented. For instance, if you need access to the Human Resources department, select it.

After selecting the department, Cindy will present you with a list of folders that you have access to. Choose the desired folder from the list.

Once you have chosen the folder, Cindy will present additional options, such as whether you need Read or write access. Select the appropriate option Based on your requirements.

Cindy will then Create the service catalog request on your behalf. She will provide you with a link directly to the request, where you can view all the details.

In addition to submitting service catalog requests, the end user portal also allows you to search for and submit incidents. This section will guide you through the process of searching for and submitting incidents using the search bar.

Located in the middle of the end user portal, the search bar offers multiple search criteria options, including exact phrase, logical operators, and wildcards.

Let's say you're experiencing an issue with Microsoft Outlook. By simply searching for "Microsoft Outlook," the application will populate multiple results related to incidents, knowledge-based articles, and service catalog requests.

To log an incident for the issue with Microsoft Outlook, select the Relevant option from the search results. Most of the information will already be filled in for you. However, you can add additional descriptions or link any relevant assets if necessary.
