By altering traumatic memories in our mind, we can change the causation of our emotional wounds, leading to a transformation in our entire reality.

It is important to trust the process of emotional integration fully and refrain from judgment or resistance. The path to integration may unfold differently for each person, but by embracing and deeply understanding our emotions, we pave the way for wholeness and personal growth. By engaging in this practice, we gain the power to break free from Patterns of unhappiness, addiction, and failed relationships, allowing us to live in the present moment and experience life to its fullest.
