Connect the reward to your inventory item or service, like selecting the oil change service from your inventory items.

Apart from points-based rewards, you can offer various bonuses and Perks to your customers. These include welcome bonuses, regulars bonuses, VIP bonuses, and birthday bonuses. Customize each reward type to incentivize customer participation in your loyalty program.

The History tab allows you to track customer transactions and redeeming of rewards, while the Resources tab provides downloadable marketing materials and welcome kits that you can use to promote your rewards program to customers.

To use the rewards program, customers can download the Perco app onto their phones and check in at your business to earn or redeem rewards. Continue to adjust and manage your rewards program through the Clover online dashboard and Clover devices.
