Introduction

Hey guys, welcome back to another zombies challenge! Today, I'll be taking on challenge number eight, which was submitted by Head Fin. In this challenge, I can only use the MP5 and the Mini Uzi and I have to stay in the Infirmary Uzi room. It sounds tough, but I'm confident I can handle it. Before we get started, I want to let You guys know that if you have any challenges you'd like to see me tackle, just leave them in the comments below. Now, let's dive into the challenge!

Zombies Challenge #8

As Mentioned earlier, challenge number eight requires me to use only the MP5 and Mini Uzi and stay in the Infirmary Uzi room. This room is known for its close quarters and limited escape options, making it a challenging spot to hold out. However, with the right strategy and Perks, I believe I can survive for a decent amount of time. I'll make sure to grab perks and upgrade my weapons whenever possible.

Xbox One vs. PS4

Now, let's shift gears and talk about the ongoing console war between Xbox One and PS4. In this three-part series, I'll be discussing each console and sharing my thoughts on which one I'm leaning towards. In this first part, I'll focus on the PS4.

PS4 Features and Advantages

After watching the PS4's press conference at E3, I was blown away by how Sony managed to outshine Microsoft's Xbox One. One of the major advantages of the PS4 is its approach to used games. Unlike Xbox One, which has faced criticism for its restrictions on lending, selling, and buying used games, the PS4 has no such limitations. Players are free to share and trade their games without any hassle.

Another AdVantage of the PS4 is its lower price. Priced at $399, it is a hundred dollars cheaper than the Xbox One. The PS4 focuses on being a gaming console rather than incorporating unnecessary features like a mandatory camera (Kinect). While the PS4 offers an optional camera called PlayStation Eye, it is sold separately and not bundled with the main Package.

Comparison with Xbox One

In terms of online checks and restrictions, the PS4 again surpasses the Xbox One. The Xbox One requires an online check once every 24 hours, making it inconvenient for players who don't have constant internet access. In contrast, the PS4 has no such restrictions and allows players to enjoy their games even when offline.

Additionally, the PS4 does not impose any extra charges for popular streaming services like Netflix. Unlike Xbox Live Gold, which requires a monthly subscription to access apps like Netflix, the PS4 only requires a subscription (PS Plus) for online gaming. If you primarily play single-player games, you can enjoy the offline experience without the need for a subscription.

Price Comparison

One of the major factors that attract gamers is the price of the console. The PS4's lower price of $399 gives it an edge over the Xbox One, which is priced at $499. This price difference allows gamers to save a significant amount of money while still enjoying a top-of-the-line gaming experience.

Gaming Console vs. Television Console

While both the Xbox One and PS4 are gaming consoles, there is a stark difference in their approach. Microsoft aimed to Create an all-in-one entertainment system by integrating television features and gaming capabilities. On the other HAND, Sony focused on creating a gaming console that prioritizes gameplay and user experience. This fundamental difference in approach sets the PS4 apart from the Xbox One.

Online Checks and Restrictions

One of the major criticisms surrounding the Xbox One is its online check requirement. Players are required to connect to the internet once every 24 hours to Continue playing their games. This restriction poses a problem for gamers without a stable internet connection or those who frequently travel. In contrast, the PS4 has no such online check requirement, allowing players to play their games offline without any interruptions.

Mandatory Camera vs. Optional Camera

Another aspect that sets the PS4 apart from the Xbox One is the approach to camera integration. While the Xbox One comes bundled with the Kinect, a mandatory camera system, the PS4 offers the PlayStation Eye as an optional accessory. This difference gives players the flexibility to choose whether they want a camera as part of their gaming setup.

Extra Charges for Netflix and Other Apps

With the Xbox One, players need to pay for an Xbox Live Gold subscription to access apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. This additional cost can add up over time, especially for players who mainly use their console for streaming services. In contrast, the PS4 does not impose any extra charges for these apps, providing a more cost-effective and user-friendly experience.

PS Plus Subscription Service

While the PS Plus subscription is an additional cost, it offers great value for online gaming enthusiasts. For players who primarily enjoy single-player games, the subscription is not necessary. This flexibility allows players to choose whether they want to invest in online gaming Based on their preferences and gaming habits.

Highlights of PS4 Games

The PS4 lineup boasts an impressive collection of games that cater to various gaming genres. Some notable titles include:

  • Driveclub (for racing game enthusiasts)
  • Destiny (a highly anticipated first-person shooter)
  • Watch Dogs (an open-world action-adventure game)
  • Infamous Second Son
  • Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag
  • Battlefield 4

  • Deep Down
  • The Witness
  • Secret Ponchos
  • Final Fantasy (upcoming title)
  • Kingdom Hearts (upcoming title)

These games, along with many others, highlight the diverse range of gaming experiences available on the PS4.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the PS4 offers several advantages over the Xbox One. From its consumer-friendly approach to used games to its lower price and lack of online restrictions, the PS4 proves to be a formidable competitor in the console market. With its impressive lineup of games and focus on delivering a top-notch gaming experience, I believe the PS4 is a strong contender for gaming enthusiasts. Stay tuned for the next part of this series where I'll Delve into the Xbox One and provide a comprehensive comparison.
