Our Dream Home: A Tour of Our Newly Built House

Welcome to our dream home! After three long years of planning and construction, We Are finally ready to share our newly built house with You. We are so excited to take you on a tour of our home and Show you all the details that we have put into making it our dream home.

The Hallway

As soon as you enter our home, you will be greeted by a beautiful hallway with arches that we had envisioned from the very beginning. Our style throughout the house is transitional, which is a mix between modern and a touch of glam. We decided to put sconces on each of the archways, which we think is the perfect iconic picture spot in our house.

The Formal Living Room

To the left of the hallway is our formal living room, which we are not planning on furnishing for a while. We are going to use it as a prayer room on a daily basis, but we also want this space to be kind of like an event space whenever we have parties and guests over. We would love to be able to have tables set up in here, and we think it would just be such a beautiful event space.

Omar's Office

Moving on to the other side of the hallway is Omar's office, which is his little domain. We designed the cabinetry in here so that he could have a TV to watch all of his videos that he edits and whatever else he does in here. We also made a little molding trim around a gallery wall so he can display all of his photography.

The Great Room

The great room is where we're going to be hanging out most of the time. This is actually our playroom, and we wanted the playroom to be right next to where we're going to be cooking and hanging out. We decided to do a double island in the kitchen, and we think we're really going to like it because one is going to be mainly just for eating, and the other is going to be our prep island where we can prepare food.

The Playroom

We wanted the playroom to be right next to where we're going to be cooking and hanging out. This way, even if the toys wind up everywhere, we can just throw them in here and close the door. We think this is going to be awesome to have the playroom right here.

The Dining Room

Moving on to the dining room, we decided to do an accent wall because we just wanted to make sure that it didn't look so empty. We decided to do a double island in the kitchen, and we think we're really going to like it because one is going to be mainly just for eating, and the other is going to be our prep island where we can prepare food.

The Kitchen

We decided to do a double island in the kitchen, and we think we're really going to like it because one is going to be mainly just for eating, and the other is going to be our prep island where we can prepare food. We also did Liberty gold quartz in this kitchen, and we decided not to do marble because this is going to be the home that we stay in for a very long time, and we really wanted something that would last.

The Prep Kitchen

This kitchen is basically where we're going to be cooking the most. We wanted to make sure that we had a space that we could have all the mess because right now when I'm filming and stuff in the kitchen and we just have all the mess out, it's just a little hard. This way, we can just keep all of our cooking appliances, toaster, blender, like all that kind of stuff back here, and I don't have to worry about it being out in that kitchen.

The Pantry

We have just a little cabinet right now for our pantry, so it'll be so nice to have things where I can actually buy in bulk because right now I can't because I have nowhere to store it. This little shelf here is where I'm planning on putting all the pretty stuff and like the Glass jars and all that.

The Mudroom

We thought it would be convenient to be able to put our shoes here when we first came in because I didn't really want the look of open shelving in here because I knew it would just look messy with all the shoes. But at least the shoes we reach for and grab every day can be like right here Hidden, and then the rest of our shoes that we store, we have cabinets here.

The Studio Space

This is going to be the room where I work. This is basically my office. This is where me and Emily are going to get down to business. We're going to have like four chairs here that way me, Emily, Omar can all sit around. This is just a bunch of storage so I can store like products, camera gear, just all the things that I need for work.

The Closet

This is going to be my everyday closet where I'll have all the rest of my clothes, pajamas, workout stuff. On this side, we have a little linen closet so I can put all like sheets and pillows and bedding and all that in here.

The Laundry Room

We went with a little bit more of a beigy gray countertop. We also have more storage behind the door for towels, and I decided to not do any hardware on the cabinets in here just because it gives it a really clean look.

The Primary Bathroom

This is my dream bathroom. We did a double vanity design that kind of mirrors each other. We also have a fireplace in here, which was a little bit of a last-minute decision, but I just was picturing cozied in bed watching a show with the fire on in the winter, and I was like, we have to. We also did the LEDs on both sides of the fireplace as well, and it's going to be so cozy at night.

The Primary Bedroom

We did the same accent wall where our bed's going to go just to add a little bit more Detail. We also have a fireplace in here, which was a little bit of a last-minute decision, but I just was picturing cozied in bed watching a show with the fire on in the winter, and I was like, we have to. We also did the LEDs on both sides of the fireplace as well, and it's going to be so cozy at night.

The Gym

I'm really excited about this because I have a space that I can do my yoga, Pilates. We usually like to do those in a class, but it'll be nice to have a space to do it at home.

The Media Room

This is Omar's domain here. This is his man cave, basically his media room. We did black walls, Ceiling, floor, everything, and it's just honestly so cozy in here.

The Pool Bath

We wanted the Vibes down here to be more like vacationy and be a little bit more minimal and earthy, so that's why I chose this more beigy gray countertop. We did no hardware on these cabinets in here just because it gives it a really clean look.
