Scremer is a social feedback platform launched by better analytics pvt ltd, that allows users to share their complaints with others along with respective brands or companies without waiting on their telephone call by listening to boring IVRS messages or writing complicated emails. Users can create posts about anything they're unhappy with, such as bad customer service, broken products, or unfair policies either publicly (visible to everyone one Scremer) or privately (visible only to businesses tagged and the person who Screamed). Other users can then support the public Scream by scream up. Our algorithm will pick and show the Screams (complaints) according to the users' interest on their home page. We also believe that Scremer is the go-to place for people before buying or subscribing to anything as they can check the experience of previous genuine users We have also an in-house developed machine learning-based microservices engine integrated with our application which observes the particular brand's interaction with the consumers and generates an assurance score based on a scale of 10. Users can also check the insights of the previous people's feedback. For businesses and brands, we bring all the problem facers with their product on a single platform thus they can increase their customer retention by providing good consumer care.
