The Jupiter plan is priced at $99 per month and is aimed at agencies looking to sell chatbot services to their clients. All plans include various features and no character limits by Cloozo.

Can I train chatbot with my own data?

Yes, you can feed your own data to create a custom chatbot. You can upload PDF, text, and CSV files, enter website links, and soon you'll be able to link your Notion and Airtable databases.

Can I create chatbots for my clients?

Yes, Cloozo is focused on agencies and small businesses, empowering them to start their own commercial chatbot services. Each chatbot can be created with its own OpenAI and Pinecone API key, making it unique and separated from others.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of subscription services, Cloozo does not provide refunds. All sales are final, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your billing cycle.

What if I need more than 60 chatbots?

If you have a requirement for more than 60 chatbots, you can contact us at support@cloozo.com and our sales team can devise a custom plan for you.
