He has worked with renowned athletes such as Steph Curry, the US speed skaking team & muliple soccer stars. In addition to being an Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor, Michael is armed with a Master of Science in Exercise Science and a stack of additional certifications. Michael also has his own human performance company called Flo2Plus and serves as the Head of Science and Performance for Alter, a revolutionary at-home fitness system that uses DNA and biometrics to curate personalized health, wellness, and fitness solutions.
